Just read an op-ed in today's WaPo about "that" recently released Vatican document. I won't even link to it, as it's hard to tell whether the author is more ignorant or more malicious (for starters, she supposes that because a characteristic is innate, it is therefore benign; then she goes on a rant against something the document doesn't say). Was feeling angry, which is no way to spend an Advent afternoon, but found the antidote: Fr. Havey. Behold, what a knowledgeable person has to say.
