Got all excited about the headline, "Colleges See Cocktail Hour As Cure For Boozing," expecting to find colleges promoting a little class. Bring back the smoking jacket, dressing for dinner, the whiskey sour and the Boxcar. But this reads a little more like the same old hectoring. Still, it's always a plus to find the liberal establishment promoting moderation instead of the usual "no-tolerance" policies.
