I wasn't going to watch, but #1 son was very interested, so I watched it with him, exercising the advised parental discretion. It gets a thumbs up for night one. If it's true the Clintonistas got ABC to make changes to the script, they weren't very successful --they still look bad (you want to pop ol' International Pants of Mystery right in the mouth). At the same time, you don't get the impression the point of the script was to make them look bad; it doesn't feel like a hit-job, just a story --and a suspenseful one, thusfar effectively told. (When did Donnie Wahlberg stop looking like a punk and become a mature actor?) According to the author, the Bushies take their hits tomorrow night. . . .
