Like LGF --an actual player in these matters-- I also received mail from the Muslim Brotherhood (see the comments here). Exactly the same mail, as a matter of fact, from an Egyptian IP address, which means I too am now being monitored by the Muslim Brotherhood. (My Congressmen wish to save me from being monitored by the NSA, but what are they going to do about this?)
Remember the YouTube jihad? This shows how far they're willing to go to shut off debate --if they have the time to fight people like me.
