This afternoon we joined some other families for our semi-regular visit to the local nursing home. The kids sang and passed out Valentines they'd made last week. The older kids do the work but it's the little guys that are the stars --old folks cannot resist squeezing juicy baby legs. I like to take our toddler along; though it is I who say it, he has an incredible smile and he's just jolly and perks one right up. He's always "a hit."
I think he enjoyed himself too, even though he was actually a bit cranky in the event. As he told Mr. W. tonight at dinner
