CIA Remains A Rogue Agency

ABC's Brian Ross reveals US "covert" action in Iran. How come these guys never reveal secret enemy black-op plans against us? If the vaunted journalistic "neutrality" is to be observed (I give up on persuading journalists they really shouldn't be neutral towards their own country), doesn't that require a 1-1 ratio of stories damaging them vs. stories damaging us?

I wonder if anyone over at ABC News has read up on Haleh Esfandiari, the American scholar currently held hostage in Iran on charges of, among other things, trying to destabilize and overthrow the Iranian regime?
