Media Batting Two For Two

|
As noted, the Pope hadn't even landed in Brazil before the media were getting something wrong. Day 2 of the trip didn't disappoint --another mistake only the wilfully ignorant could make. Zadok explains. Not only are the reporters who cover religion making no effort to understand what the religions they cover teach, they contradict themselves. Big fake story on day one was about pro-abort politicians being excommunicated. Big fake story on day two is about the Church "not allowing" internet Mass. Mass has been broadcast for shut-ins for years, so it's not a matter of banning the practice, merely of pointing out that watching from tv (or computer) is no substitute for receiving the body and blood of Christ. Reporters: could uptight, judgmental clergy bar anyone from receiving communion if Mass were over the internet?
