I am asking this seriously.
What are these people talking about? I've seen McCain web ads that were funny --"Celebrity," "The One." But sleazy? Not by any stretch of the imagination. It seems even Karl Rove says some McCain ads have gone too far (although in context I think he was criticizing Obama's camp primarily, and then suggesting it wasn't necessary for McCain's camp to go after Obama on the "lipstick" comment). But seriously, what ad has McCain run that's out of line or personal rather than an "issue" ad?
