Americans scored an average 49% on a civic liberty quiz. Our elected officials scored an average 44%. And it gets worse: Liberals are a point more informed than Conservatives, and non-Church-goers 2 points more informed than Churchgoers.
I can't find the post but a couple of years ago when this quiz was first released, the readers at the W&W salon all scored 90 or above. We should run for office!
