Former (4 term!) D.C. City Councilman Harold Brazil defended himself against assault charges today, saying he was the one who was attacked during a knife fight at a tattoo parlor.
And what was a 60-yr-old man doing in a tattoo parlor?
The story is worth reading just for the comedy. It's like movie slapstick.
