She doesn't say which bill she read --I'm going to assume the House version-- but here are 50 highlights from the first 500 pp. I like the government having direct, real-time access to all our bank accounts (p. 59). And p. 203:

Page 203: "The tax imposed under this section shall not be treated as tax." Yes, it really says that.

p.354: government to restrict enrollment of special needs inviduals.
