For the first time since 1942, an Estonian bishop has been consecrated in Estonia. Meant to post this a few days ago, but it caught my eye again. The new bishop is a member of Opus Dei. Cool. The story is Zenit's, but here's the link from Roman Catholic Blog, which is easier to read.
