Went to the drug store for packing tape. A guy's at the entrance signing people up for the Affordable Care Act. Immediately he starts getting questions from people who have tried to sign up but can't. His matter-of-fact response: "Yeah, I was trying to use my i.d. to compare plans for people but now it rejects my i.d. and I can't get in either."
I was a little unclear what service he was offering if he was himself unable to access the site. But he's standing there, boy howdy.
